Whether you're inviting friends, family, or just having a solo date with your kids, we've got a few tips for hosting a movie night that includes more than just your favorite flick. Here are three ways to elevate your next watch-party:

1. Get Outdoors!

One of the best parts about summer is the warm, firefly-lit nights. Hang a bedsheet on your fence and set up a projector for a neighborhood movie viewing. Placing lanterns and cozy blankets throughout your backyard creates a casual way to let the kids run around and parents to enjoy a picnic-style party.

To stay cool and comfortable, we recommend our short sleeve jammies for your kiddos to wear at an outdoor movie party. With light, breathable cotton they're perfect for the summer season.

2. Upgrade Your Snacks

Buttered popcorn is a favorite, but why not add a few fun extras? Easily create a build-your-own popcorn bar complete with a variety of spices, sprinkles, candy, and more. Your kids will have fun inventing new popcorn flavors and indulging their sweet tooth. Bonus: use Twizzlers as an edible straw in your soda for a sweet twist.

3. Get COZY!

Whether you're viewing inside or out, it's time to break out the bean bag chairs and oversized pillows. Creating a blanket fort around your TV is a great way to make the evening feel extra-special for your kiddos. Turn out the lights, add a few of your favorite candles, and snuggle up together!

Keep the whole family cozy from head to toe in our 100% organic sleepers and pajama sets. The Skylar and Emerson Sleepers are mama favorites for how gentle they are on skin...and of course for the adorable colors and prints!

Keep little feet warm in ourSkylar Footed Sleeper.

No matter how you host, a movie night with your babes is the perfect way to cuddle up and spend time together. Your family might love it so much, it becomes a weekly event! How do you make movie night extra special?
