Easy Returns

Your satisfaction is our TOP priority. We offer easy returns* for 30 days and free exchanges within 45 days on eligible products purchased from coloredorganics.com for all retail orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

 

Free Exchanges

We gladly accept new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from coloredorganics.comfor exchange within 45 days of purchase. Exchange requests made within this timeframe will receive a complimentary return label.  Items must be in original condition with tags attached, worn or washed items will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that exchange orders will be shipped as your return is received and checked in by our team. Exchanged items are not held and will be dependent on product availability as your return is checked in. We also offer an Instant Exchange option if the exchange order is needed more quickly.

 *Please note that only one free exchange will be provided per order. Additional return requests can be made on a single order; however subsequent requests will be issued as store credit minus the return fee of $7.00.  

 

Easy Returns

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned.

 

Gift Returns

Items received as a gift from coloredorganics.com with a receipt can be returned or exchanged. The policy and requirements above apply to gift returns as well. Gift returns can be submitted here. When submitting a gift return through the gift return page, the original purchaser will not be notified. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, worn or washed items will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. To initiate your return or exchange request please click Start a Return below
  2. Upon submitting your request, you will be provided a return shipping label. If you are choosing to return rather than exchange, a $7.00 return fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  3. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
  4. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  5. Take the package to your nearest drop-off location.
  6. The exchange or refund will be processed once the items have been checked in
  7. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of your request.

*Failure to adhere to the return guidelines may result in future orders being ineligible for return.

 

Shop Now Credit

Shop Now credit may be offered during the return process. This credit can be used to purchase additional items across coloredorganics.com in addition to the credit from the items intended for return. Shop Now credit cannot be saved for later usage or converted to a gift card, and it must be spent on products purchased on coloredorganics.com. Shop Now credit offered but not utilized when the return is submitted will no longer be available for the customer’s use. Please note, discount codes cannot be applied during the exchange or return process, and the Shop Now credit is offered as an alternative discount option.


Instant Exchanges

While standard Exchanges are dependent on returned product to be checked-in by our team, Instant Exchanges will allow the exchange order to ship more quickly. Instant Exchanges will expedite the exchange process by creating the exchange order immediately after the return request has been made, allowing the replacement items to ship before the return is received. Once created, instant exchanges cannot be reversed or undone. A pending charge will be applied for items intended for return. If not returned within 28 days of the return being submitted, the customer will be charged for any items not returned. The pending charge will clear from the statement once the return is delivered to and checked in by our facility.

 

Refunds

All refunds, without exception, will be credited to the original form of payment or in-store credit. All domestic gift returns receive store credit. Please allow 5-10 business days upon returning your items to receive the payment or in store credit. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

 

International Customers

International customers wishing to make returns can email Customer Service, service@coloredorganics.com, for our International Return Policies and shipping costs.

 

 

Changes and Cancellations

To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at 866.709.2326 as soon as possible. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4pm CST. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping processes are designed to be highly efficient, and once an order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

* If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

** Once the initial non-refundable payment is processed for a private label purchase, the cancellation will result in the customer's forfeit of those funds and the release of Colored Organics LLC.'s obligation to deliver the product.

 

 

Delivery Related

Incorrect Shipping Information

If packages are returned to Colored Organics LLC. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Colored Organics LLC. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Colored Organics Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Colored Organics LLC. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
