Tell us a little about yourself!
Hello! Iβm Pereishia, owner of 6Heart Turbans & Headwraps! Iβm a stay-at-home mama, while also running my business at home! My husband and I have a beautiful family of 7 children β 6 girls & 1 baby boy! I live my life by intentionally manifesting every single thing I want in life. I love reciting affirmations that help me grow & become a better human β the reason I post daily affirmations on the shopβs Instagram @shop6heart!
What was the inspiration behind starting 6Heart?
When I became a stay at home mom a little over 2 years ago, I needed a creative outlet to keep me busy. I never imagined sewing would be that outlet! I had just had our daughter Parker and had this idea to make wraps for her hair and figured, why not sell them? 6Heart (named for our 6 girls who are most definitely our heart) has become my passion and itβs been amazing watching this little business grow to what it is today!

What have you learned about balancing motherhood and owning a business?
The most important thing Iβve had to learn is time management! Family will always come first in our household, so I intentionally stop work at a certain time in order to ensure sufficient time with our children. Itβs all about finding the right balance and prioritizing the most important things first!
What mom chore/task/duty would you forever outsource?
Oh goodness, laundry! Itβs a never ending chore, however Iβm grateful that we have clothes to wash and fold!
What piece of advice would you give a new mom?
Take it one day at a time! Donβt feel bad or guilty for wanting a break, because you deserve it! You will be better for your baby and your family when you take that much needed βyouβ time! Every mom deserves a little break! And also, youβre doing an AMAZING job!
What brings you joy?
Abundance. I have everything I could possibly need β Iβm healthy, happy, at peaceβ¦ my family is always protected! I have a business thatβs constantly growing beyond my wildest dreams!

What's your favorite part of working with CO?
I love being able to get my business in front of the eyes of mamas who may not have heard of me before! I love the opportunity CO has given me to connect with a larger audience! THANK YOU, ladies!
