Delivery Times
Order handling time is generally 2-6 business days for all shipments unless the item is on pre-order. Orders received after 10 am Central Standard Time are sometimes not processed until the next business day.
US orders typically arrive in 5-14 business days. International orders are shipped from our US warehouse and usually arrive in 10-15 business days, depending on location.
Free shipping promotions are not eligible for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the United States.
** Occasionally international orders can take as long as 3-4 weeks for delivery to remote destinations such as countries located in Central & South America, Africa & The Middle East. Due to the limitations of our shipping system and some international carriers, we cannot guarantee international delivery dates.
Shipping Information & Policies
Carriers
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in St. Paul, Minnesota. Most are sent via USPS or UPS. Unless specified, our system will automatically choose a carrier when your order is processed, depending on the size/weight of your order. Orders above a certain value may be subject to requiring a signiture for delivery.
International orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and before shipping an order, we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Colored Organics Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Colored Organics LLC. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customs & Duties
Colored Organics is not responsible for customs, duties, or import fees for receiving your order. Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Backorders & Preorders
If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.
Why Charge For International Shipping?
We'd love to offer free shipping to everybody. We'd also love to offer shipping discounts to international customers who place big orders, but international shipping is much more costly.
