Wholesale Returns
Wholesale orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund minus a handling fee of 15% of the return total. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in their original bags. They must not have been altered.
If returned items and packaging are not in the original condition the return may be refused and the items will be donated or shipped back at the customers expense.
Returns postmarked after 14 days since the original purchase date will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping on all non-defective items. "Non-defective" means the product is produced to the specification Colored Organics LLC. The "Defectiveness" of a product is at the sole discretion of Colored Organics LLC.
