July Give: Sharebaby

For our July Give Back, we are honored to support ShareBaby, a Baltimore-based nonprofit dedicated to providing diapers and other essential items to the city’s most vulnerable young children. We are proud to donate to this incredible organization and help ease the burdens faced by families in the Baltimore community.

Founded in 2014 by three mothers who saw an opportunity to connect families and share the love, ShareBaby began as a small grassroots effort, distributing just a few hundred baby items each month. Today, the organization operates out of a fully equipped 9,000-square-foot warehouse and provides over 200,000 diapers and essential supplies each month to more than 15,000 children through a network of over 70 community partners. In its first decade, ShareBaby has distributed over 17 million diapers, wipes, clothing, and other baby essentials, directly improving the lives of more than 200,000 children.

The need for organizations like ShareBaby is critical. According to the National Diaper Bank Network's 2023 Diaper Check, 1 in 2 U.S. families cannot afford enough diapers to keep their child clean, dry, and healthy. Diaper need and material insecurity not only impact a child’s physical health—contributing to rashes and infections—but also affect a caregiver’s mental health and ability to work or pursue education. ShareBaby’s work helps reduce these stressors by offering dignity, relief, and tangible support to families in crisis.
