Chilly fall days are near! With cooler weather creeping in, we're preparing for the transition to pullover and joggers season. Until then, we'll be finding every possible way to keep dressing our little ones in their adorable summer wardrobes. As kids head back to school and the seasons start to change, here are our top five ways to make your favorite summer outfits more fall friendly.
