• 1. How do I start a return or exchange?

  Our team is happy to assist with order cancellations and modifications. However, once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

  If your order has not yet shipped, please email our team with your order details and requested changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that our team processes orders quickly, and not all requests may be fulfilled.

• 4. How can I make a gift return?

  To request a return for in-store credit or an exchange, please visit https://returns.coloredorganics.com/#/gift. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for return. Through this portal, the gifter will not be notified, as it will prompt you to provide your information.
